我们的课程与服务由「Christine NLP」（营运主体：Lifelight Psychology & Training）提供。报名一旦完成付款，即视为你的席位获得确认，并表示你已阅读并同意本条款。
所有费用均以马来西亚令吉（MYR / RM）计价。视课程而定，你可选择缴付订金或一次缴清全额；席位以我们收到款项为准予以确认。付款经由我们指定的付款服务商处理，支持多种付款方式，例如银行转账（FPX / DuitNow）、信用卡及分期付款等。
主办方保留更改课程日期与地点的权利。如有任何变动，我们将提前通知你。相关的退款与转期安排，请参阅本站〈退款政策〉。
我们的课程主要以实体（线下）形式于指定地点现场举行，部分服务亦可能以线上方式提供；不涉及任何实体商品的寄送或运送。课程相关资料将于现场或以电子方式提供给已报名学员。
关于取消报名、转让名额或转至下一期的完整规定，请参阅本站独立的〈退款政策〉页面，该政策构成本条款的一部分。
课程的内容、讲义、练习设计与教学方法均属「Christine NLP」所有，仅供学员个人学习之用。未经书面同意，不得复制、录制、转售或对外公开教学。
我们的课程为教育与自我探索性质，并非心理治疗、医疗或精神科诊断与治疗的替代。若你正在经历相关健康状况，请咨询持照的专业人士。学员为自愿参加，并为自身的决定、参与状态与体验负责。
我们仅为课程营运、联系与服务目的收集及使用你的个人资料，不会将其出售给第三方。
为维护所有学员的学习品质与安全感，主办方保留请严重违反课堂秩序者离场的权利。

These Terms apply to all courses, workshops and services offered by “Christine NLP” (operated under Lifelight Psychology & Training).
Our courses and services are provided by “Christine NLP” (operated under Lifelight Psychology & Training). Your seat is confirmed once payment is completed, and registration indicates that you have read and agree to these Terms.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Depending on the course, you may pay a deposit or the full amount; your seat is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payments are processed by our appointed payment provider and support various methods such as bank transfer (FPX / DuitNow), cards and instalment plans.
The organiser reserves the right to change the dates and venue of any program. We will notify you in advance of any changes. Related refund and postponement terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
Our courses are mainly conducted in person at a designated venue; some services may also be delivered online. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. Course materials are provided to registered participants on-site or electronically.
Full terms for cancellation, transferring your seat, or postponing to a later session are set out on our separate Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
All course content, materials, exercises and teaching methods belong to “Christine NLP” and are for participants’ personal learning only. They may not be copied, recorded, resold or taught publicly without written consent.
Our courses are educational and self-exploratory in nature and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a licensed professional for related health concerns. Participation is voluntary, and participants are responsible for their own decisions and experience.
We collect and use your personal data only for course operations, communication and service purposes, and will not sell it to third parties.
To protect the quality and safety of the learning space for all participants, the organiser reserves the right to ask anyone seriously disrupting the session to leave.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
