我们理解计划偶尔会有变动。以下是清楚、公平的退款与转期安排——核心精神是：尽量让你的名额不白白浪费，越早告诉我们，弹性越大。
本政策适用于「Christine NLP」名下所有课程与服务。个别课程如有不同的退款时限或细则，将于该课程的报名页面注明，并以该页面为准。
主办方保留更改课程日期与地点的权利。如有任何变动，我们将提前通知你。
若你在报名后自行取消，已缴付的款项（订金或全额）恕不退还，因付款手续费与行政成本已经产生。
但你的名额不会白白消失——你可以选择：(a) 将名额转让给他人，或 (b) 转至下一期课程。
除非该课程报名页另有注明，否则以开课前 14 天为准：若你在此期限前提出取消，可申请退款，我们将扣除实际产生的付款通道手续费后退还其余款项；你也可以选择免费转至下一期。
若主办方变更课程日期，将提前通知你。若你无法出席更改后的日期，请于通知后 14 天内以书面（WhatsApp 或 Email）通知我们，可获全额退款。
若你未出席课程，且事先未安排转让或转期，恕不退款。惟你仍可在课程开始前，将名额转让给他人或转至下一期。
转至下一期者，须先缴清全额课程费用，方可沿用原报名时的优惠价；名额最长可保留一年。
所有退款将经原付款管道、退回至你原本的付款方式。处理时间依付款方式而定，通常为数个工作日至数周。
以分期 / 先买后付（BNPL）方式付款者，其退款将依该分期服务的条款处理。

We understand plans can change. Below is a clear, fair refund and postponement policy — the principle is simple: we try to make sure your seat is never wasted, and the earlier you tell us, the more flexibility we can offer.
This policy applies to all courses and services offered by “Christine NLP”. Where an individual course has different refund timelines or terms, these will be stated on that course’s registration page and will take precedence.
The organiser reserves the right to change the dates and venue of any program. We will notify you in advance of any changes.
If you cancel after registering, amounts already paid (deposit or full payment) are non-refundable, as payment processing fees and administrative costs have already been incurred.
Your seat will not simply be lost — you may instead: (a) transfer your seat to another person, or (b) postpone to the next session.
Unless stated otherwise on the course’s registration page, the window is 14 days before the start date: if you request cancellation before this deadline, we will refund the balance after deducting the actual payment-gateway processing fee; or you may postpone to the next session free of charge.
If the organiser changes the course dates, we will notify you in advance. If you are unable to attend the amended dates, please notify us in writing (WhatsApp or Email) within 14 days of the notification to receive a full refund.
If you do not attend and have not arranged a transfer or postponement in advance, no refund will be given. You may still transfer your seat or postpone to the next session before the course begins.
To postpone, the full course fee must be paid in order to keep the original registration price. A seat can be reserved for up to one year.
All refunds are returned via the original payment channel to your original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method, typically a few business days to a few weeks.
For payments made via instalment / Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), refunds are handled in accordance with that instalment provider’s terms.
